Candidate Forums for Torrance June 7, 2022 Election Meet the Candidates - Hear the Issues
Please plan to vote in the 2022, June 7th election in Torrance. There will be early voting and ballots should be received in early May. There are a number of offices & issues on the ballot.
The positions of Mayor, City Clerk, City Treasurer, three City Council seats, (Council seat for Old Torrance is not up this time) are up for re-election in addition to the sales tax.
The election is Tuesday, June 7th, 2022.

Do the Wave with Mr. & Mrs. Bun - Easter Morning
What: Old Torrance Neighborhood Assoc.Celebrates its 3rd Annual . . .Easter NOT in El Prado Park
Date: Easter Sunday, April 17, 2022
Time: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Mr. & Mrs. Bun invite you to hop up to your front window, front porch or front lawn on Easter morning and "do the wave!"
The long-eared duo will be waving to their friends and fans from inside Fred's Fat Fender Ford.
There will be no egg hunt, no candy, no photo ops with Mr. Bun - just good ol' fashioned socially-distanced FUN of waving to the Bunsters on Easter morning!
The Bunnymobile will start on Post Avenue at 10:00 AM and work its way around the center of Old Torrance. See attached flyer which includes the route at the bottom.

Wednesday Night, March 23rd, the first Torrance candidate forum will now be via Zoom and not at South High School.

Celebrating California Arbor Week with City of Torrance and OTNA
Date: Saturday, March 12, 2022
Time: 9:00am - 12:00pm
Where: Grass area at Border and Dominguez Streets, 90501 (near Van Ness)
What: Plant 17 trees to celebrate California Arbor Week in partnership with the City of Torrance
FREE & Volunteer Opportunity: No cost, please volunteer your time and muscle. Please also let us borrow any shovels.
Snacks - will be provided
In partnership with the City of Torrance, OTNA will celebrate California Arbor Week by planting 17 trees. The city will supply the trees and all the materials. Please help to gather as many shovels as you can and make sure to bring your own shovel, (if you have one - or please borrow one or more if you can).
